MEET THE FARMERS

Great coffee starts with extraordinary farmers who cultivate their land with integrity. We partner directly with independent, family-run farms that share our commitment to exceptional quality, sustainability, and community impact. For us, sourcing is about honoring the hands that grow our beans and protecting the soil that nurtures them.

High in the mountains of Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic, the family-owned Ramirez Estate grows incredible organic coffee with an exceptionally sweet, balanced flavor. They completely reinvest in their community by converting coffee waste into green energy, protecting local rivers, and funding rural schools. Because we believe this level of care deserves to be rewarded, we proudly pay significantly above Fair Trade standards to support their entire community.

We are just as proud to source from the COCLA Cooperative in the Andean foothills of Quillabamba, Peru. This pioneering organization connects over 8,000 small-scale family farmers to global markets. Using generations of traditional wisdom, they grow beautifully smooth, 100% organic coffees using sustainable methods that preserve their rich agricultural heritage.

By partnering with the Ramirez Estate and COCLA, we bring you coffee that is exceptional in both flavor and spirit. Every batch reflects careful, organic cultivation and a belief that great coffee should benefit everyone it touches, from the farmers tending the soil to the person holding the morning mug.
